Andrew has worked as an actor for over 23 years performing in Hobart, Sydney and Melbourne. Over his career he has worked with nearly every major theatre company in Tasmania, both as an actor and as a director.
Notable productions include Hamlet, where he played the title role under the direction of former Head of NIDA John Clark, Reuben Guthrie, The Trade, Big Monkey's Treasure Island, RENT, Troilus and Cressida and many more.
In 2011 he directed Monty Python's Spamalot for the Tasmanian Theatre Unit Trust at the Theatre Royal.
His film credits include First Fagin, Arctic Blast, and the upcoming All's Well the Ends Well. For Television he has worked with the ABC, Channel Seven, Blue Rocket and the Nine Network.
He has been teaching at React for over 14 years and took on the role of Director of React in 2011.
